Service Description
* is a program of the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ, providings a safe walk to and from your car or bus stop upon request* is a goodwill team that patrols downtown, offering directions, tourist and information on local events, first aid (CPR-certified), assistance wherever needed
* are ambassadors of downtown, and experts on what is going on in downtown Winnipeg
* participates in community events
* acts as additional eyes and ears for the Winnipeg Police Service, but do not make arrests or carry weapons; have been trained in non-confrontational mediation techniques
* are equipped with two-way radios, and can report criminal activity to the Winnipeg Police Service
