Service Description
* provides consultation regarding mental health, school, CFS, addictions, justice system issues* provide assistance to participants' Case Manager(C.F.S. workers, Probation officers, Mental Health workers)
* provides links to community resources with knowledge and advocacy around housing, Income Assistance, emergency shelter, crisis services, probation, mental health issues
* offers consultation and direct service for gang affected youth and families
* coordinates recreational activities (group and/or Individual)
* provides opportunities to connect with the Aboriginal Traditional Community (Ceremonies, Teachings, Elders, Medicine People)
* arranges paid work experience including community service activities (re-distributing furniture, household items to community members, recycling, helping people move, community clean up, being Traditional Ceremony helpers)
* holds community workshops on gang life and sexual exploitation
