* is a supported transitional living environment that provides residents with a safe place to live while they work to make positive changes in their lives* uses a harm-reduction plus housing first philosophy, with staff actively engaging with each individual's transition plans and goals throughout the duration of their stay
* is staffed 24/7, providing assistance, continuity plus a sense of security to its up to 34 community members in 28 rooms
* gives residents access to community programming such as weekly Sharing Circles, Alcoholics Anonymous, recreational activities, monthly meetings
* offers residents opportunities to participate in volunteering such as kitchen help, outdoor maintenance crews, other placements in the community
* seeks to prepare our residents for a stronger exit into the larger community
