- food borne illness
- health and hygiene
- serving and dispensing
- food protection
- receiving and storage and cleaning and sanitizing.
In general all owners, managers and supervisors of food service establishments, and all food service personnel who are responsible for the receiving, preparing and serving of food are required by a City of Winnipeg Food Service Bylaw to successfully complete the program.
Courses are held at Canad-Inns Polo Park, 1405 St. Matthews Avenue, Winnipeg.
