Service Description
* is an independent, federal agency that reviews public complaints about the conduct of on-duty RCMP members, in a fair and impartial manner* accepts complaints from anyone, including a non-citizen, who has a concern about the conduct of an on-duty RCMP member; if a complaint has been made and you are not satisfied with the way the RCMP handled your complaint, you can request a review by the commission
* conducts investigations, holds hearings, reports findings, makes recommendations aimed at correcting and preventing recurring policing problems
