    • Eligibility Icon Eligibility School-age children under the age of 18, who live in Manitoba with their birth, adoptive or extended families and who are enrolled with Children's disABILITY Services, may be eligible for Summer Skills Programming


      school-age children must have a medical diagnosis confirming one or more of the following conditions to qualify for Children's disABILITY Services:
      . intellectual disability
      . developmental delay
      . autism spectrum disorder
      . lifelong physical disability
      . high probability of developmental delay due to a pre-existing condition


      Eligibility for Summer Skills Programming is based on assessed need for service, available program resources; is NOT income-tested
    • How To Access Logo How To Access Families are referred to Children's disABILITY Services by medical professionals, schools, or may apply directly by contacting the Manitoba Department of Families office in their community Written confirmation of the diagnosis must be included with all applications
