- provides clinical counselling for mental health concerns and disorders (anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, stress, relationship, parenting, career, bullying, indigenous, multi-cultural, refugees, immigrants, divorce, probation, grief, LGBTQ, teenager, school, developmental disability, autism, ADHD, etc). Counselling is by video only
- counsellors are master's degree counselling students (supervised by clinical supervisors). Clients get to see the same counsellor for at least 12 times
