Access to Benefits Program


Description
  • supports low-income individuals and families to gain the private and public benefits for which they are eligible, which may include income tax refunds, Canada Child Benefits, GST/HST Tax Credits, Disability Tax credits
  • helps families, youth, people from the community to replace lost or stolen ID or obtain new identification which may include Permanent Resident (PR) Cards, Birth Certificates, Manitoba ID, Verification of Status (VOS), Record of Landing
  • helps fill out application forms; pays for the cost of processing them via our ID Fund
