- assigns beds in the emergency shelter on a first come first serve basis every night
- offers crisis intervention, counselling, food, hygiene needs, shower, clothes, case management to youth accessing the emergency shelter
- offers (on a walk in basis) referral, advocacy, resources, information, short term basic needs services to youth 12-20 years of age

is a safe space for youth 12-21 who are unsheltered, experiencing homelessness or need access to free services like first aid; food, clothing and bus tickets; showers, hygiene supplies, and laundry facilities; crisis intervention, counselling, referrals and more. The YRC is also a warming/cooling centre in extreme cold/hot weather conditions.
